As Pokemon Legends: Z-A players make their way around Lumiose City, they’ll notice a lot of gold sparkling patches on the ground. Walking over these spots will result in them gaining items, some of which can be incredibly useful when it comes to making their Pokemon stronger.
However, the item that they’ll find most often is called Tiny Mushrooms, which can’t be used on Pokemon or combined to form a consumable item. There’s no cooking in the game either, leading many to wonder what they’re supposed to do with Tiny Mushrooms in Pokemon Legends: Z-A.
What Are Tiny Mushrooms Used for in Pokemon Legends: Z-A?
Players can sell all of the Tiny Mushrooms that they find at any Pokemon Center, with each one worth ₽250. This may not seem like a lot of money, but given how common they are and how quickly they start to accumulate in the player’s inventory, it soon starts to add up. Players can check how many Tiny Mushrooms they have by navigating to the Treasures section of the Satchel. To sell them, they need only speak with a Pokemon Center nurse, choose “I’d like to do some shopping”, and then pick the “I’d like to sell” option.
Selling Treasures in Pokemon Legends: Z-A
Like a lot of other modern video games, Pokemon Legends: Z-A makes it clear when items are supposed to be sold by labelling them as Treasures. Tiny Mushrooms are the most common Treasures (and thus sell for the lowest amount), but they’re far from the only ones. Players can also find stuff like Pearls and Pretty Feathers while exploring Lumiose City, both of which sell for significantly more than Tiny Mushrooms. As such, it pays to go a little out of your way to walk over any gold sparkles you see,
