Are you planning to complete The Many Flowers of Flabebe in Pokemon Legends: Z-A? This is one of the earliest side quests that you can tackle in the game. You’ll have to explore Lumiose City’s gardens and rooftops, and everything in between. Of course, you’ll get some nifty rewards for your efforts, too.
Side Mission 12: The Many Flowers of Flabebe comes from an NPC named Vivace. You’ll meet her in the southwest corner of the map right in front of the salon. If you don’t see her in that area, then you might need to progress further into the campaign until additional quests become available.
The Many Flowers of Flabebe quest requirements
The Pokemon Legends: Z-A Many Flowers of Flabebe quest tasks you with finding not one, not two, but five color variations of the creature. These are the red, yellow, blue, white, and orange hues.
Check your Boxes menu to see if you’ve obtained a new type, then show them to Vivace to receive a corresponding hair color as a reward. Since you don’t need a bunch of Flabebe for the rest of the campaign, you can just release the Pokemon afterward.
Where to find different Flabebe variants?
Flabebe tend to appear in gardens and flower beds all over Lumiose City. In most cases, you’ll see them at the ground level, though you might also need to check rooftops. If you spot one, take them out with a stronger Pokemon, then toss a Poke Ball to capture them.
- There are plenty of red and yellow Flabebe at the courtyard that’s northeast of Wild Zone 1. There are also a bunch of red Flabebe in Wild Zone 3 where you can catch Pikachus.
- Speaking of Wild Zone 3, there are a few blue and white Flabebes at the outskirts and rooftops near the area.
- The rarest variant, the orange Flabebes, can be found on rooftops. We spotted a couple due west of Wild Zone 6.
