Gravity Circuit is the Epic Games Store‘s free game for October 9. The storefront’s third giveaway of the month also includes a special offer for Epic Games Store users who play Albion Online.
Between September 25 and October 2, Epic was giving away side-scrolling action RPG Eastern Exorcist and point-and-click adventure Jorel’s Brother and The Most Important Game of the Galaxy. The seven-day promotion has now concluded, having been replaced with two new freebies: Nightingale and a $100 item bundle for Firestone Online Idle RPG.
With the Epic Games Store’s October 2 giveaway officially live, the storefront has now outlined its next promotion, consisting of 100% discounts on Gravity Circuit and the Rogue Journeyman Bundle for Albion Online. The limited-time offers will go live on October 9, at 8am PT / 11am ET / 5pm CET. EGS users will have exactly seven days to claim Gravity Circuit and the Albion Online bundle.

What Is Gravity Circuit?
Developed by Finnish studio Domesticated Ant Games, Gravity Circuit is an action platformer reminiscent of some of the most beloved genre classics such as Mega Man. It was released for consoles and PC—via both Steam and the Epic Games Store—in July 2023, debuting to rave reviews. OpenCritic labels Gravity Circuit with its highest, “Mighty” rating, derived from an average score of 86 and a flawless 100% recommendation rate. The action platformer also holds “Overwhelmingly Positive” user reviews on Steam, based on nearly 2,000 player impressions.
Fans and professional critics alike have praised Gravity Circuit for its tight controls, intense boss fights, and a meaningful progression loop revolving around unlocking various pieces of equipment to change one’s playstyle, among other qualities. The gear system puts a modern twist on the action platformer’s otherwise retro gameplay formula, and is cited among the reasons Gravity Circuit starts strong and gets even better. The October 9 giveaway will mark the first time the 2023 title—regularly priced at $16.99—will be given away to Epic Games Store users.
While waiting for next week’s promotion to kick off, Epic Games Store users can claim open-world survival crafting game Nightingale, which features a Victorian setting and co-op multiplayer for up to six people. Epic is currently also giving away a Firestone Online Idle RPG item bundle, its second such freebie in six months. Much like the April 2025 bundle, this new one offers a variety of goodies valued at $100 in total.
