Dino – (This for the achievement/trophy called “End of an Era”) As soon as you get control of your character at the start of the mission, turn around to find the T-Rex dinosaur figure on the table behind you. Interact with the dino for the achievement.

#1 – The first dog tag comes after you exit the tank and head toward the rendezvous point with the sniper squad. As you head up to meet the snipers, look left and the tag is on a crate near the ammo resupply.

#2 – When planting the second C4 charge, go left into the room and you’ll find the dog tag hanging from the back of a support column with a knife and poster.

#3 – Once you reach the rooftop, the last dog tag is found near the edge with an orange drink cooler.

#1 – As soon as you land and get control of your character, turn around and move behind you and to the right to find a dog tag on a small blue crate.

#2 – While following Carter through the tunnels of Gibraltar, you’ll pass within an underground WWII museum. Pass through the first section of WWII memorabilia, and there will be a scene of an officer sitting at a desk on your left. The dog tag is sitting on the desk.

#3 – The final tag is found after you exit the tunnels. It’s found when assisting with the AAA gun at Anne’s Battery. Proceed down the stairs towards the area, and the dog tag is hanging inside a shipping container full of gear.

#1 – After you clear out your first section of enemies on foot, you’ll be tasked with escorting a tank uphill toward City Hall. There is a dog tag just to the left of the tank. It’s on top of a crate with some other items. Be careful not to get too close to the tank or it will advance your checkpoint and the tag will become out of bounds.

#2 – Outside on the back balcony area of the buildings you clear on your route toward city hall. This is found after your objective becomes “reach the overwatch position.” This is found on the left hand side of the street shortly before reaching city hall. It’s on a table with a book.

#3 – This dog tag is found just inside City Hall. As soon as you enter, check the first room on the left hand side of the lower floor. The dog tag is hanging from a knife stabbed through a poster.

#1 – The first tag isn’t found until you enter the palace after turning off the power. It’s in one of the smaller rooms upstairs hanging from a covered mirror or painting on the wall. This can be collected before or after the objective to breach the door, so if you accidentally miss it, you can grab it on your way out for the escape.

#2 – Near where you’re tasked with locating the rendezvous point. This comes after a lot of firefights with Pax, and you’ll finally regroup as a squad in a dark and open area. There’s a mural with some paint cans nearby. The dog tag is with the paint cans.

#3 – A helicopter will pursue you. After it disappears and you move through a building with your squad to proceed, you want to check a clothing shop on your left before entering the plaza. The dog tag is on a stand with other items.

#4 – You’ll find the final tag when you enter the room with the RPGs and you’re tasked with taking down the helicopter. The dog tag is hanging from a knife stuck in a Pax poster.

#1 – Found at the start of the mission when you attend Acre’s briefing. During the briefing, turn your back to Acre and look at the wall. There’s a dog tag sitting on the table across from him.

2# – During the part where you clear the Pax HQ. Check the HQ after the cutscene, and you’ll find a dog tag hanging from a knife sticking out of a corkboard or some kind of wooden board.

#3 – The last tag for the level is found directly after the chase scene ends, and you’re on foot again. You’ll see a tunnel in front of you, and there’s a large shipping container with supplies on your right. Go through the shipping container to find the dog tag on the right.

#1 – Inside the firehouse. You’ll find the dog tag upstairs on the kitchen counter.

#2 – When you’re tasked with locating the drone command center, you’ll pass through a park playground. After clearing out those enemies, you’ll approach a small trailer with some construction equipment out front. The tag is on the floor of the trailer by the L-shaped desk.

#3 – When moving through the subway tunnels, you’ll find the third tag when the level opens up to the larger part of the subway station. The tag is sitting just below the maps/directory. It’s with a green bag and a plushie.

#4 – The final tag is found just after exiting the tunnel. When running to secure the Fulton FOB, veer right and go into the park area across the road. There is a dead soldier on the ground with the final tags of the level.

#1 – Once you exit the tank and proceed on foot with the troops, you’ll exit the main street via a small building with PC monitors. Once you exit the back of this building, look right and it’s down on the ground by a tree.

#2 – Right after you collect the first tag for the mission, you’ll proceed into an open courtyard with your troops. It’s in one of the rooms on the left side of the courtyard. It’s hanging from a knife that’s sticking out of a Pax poster.

#1 – The first tag is found near the start of the mission. When you get on the 4-wheeler to explore the valley, drive straight down toward a small cluster of old buildings. Head into the broken building straight in front of you to retrieve the dog tag on the floor by the rug. If you’ve reached the Old Fort objective point, you’ve gone too far.

#2 – Pushing up the center of the valley, you’ll pass through a small village and then cross a river. As soon as you cross the river, you’ll see a set of three buildings just up the hill. Head inside the center building, and you’ll find the dog tag sitting on a crate right underneath the window.

#3 – The third tag is found on the road to Datalink Delta. You can reach it just after checking on Lopez. It’s up on the ridge not far from where the sniper was. Don’t proceed to the switchblade as ordered, and go up to the ridge behind the blue port-a-potties. The tag is on a military crate.

#4 – After you take out the Delta SAM, you’ll regroup with the squad and get some dialogue. Once you regain control of your character, head up the hill and look on the left side of the road. There’s a dog tag sitting on a crate.

#1 – Found near the start of the mission at the large white and blue warehouse that you clear out when tasked with getting through the outpost. It’s on the ground with some gear near one of the large trucks inside.

#2 – When tasked with disabling NXC Alpha, you’ll find it outside the third building you cross through before following the troops along the road. It’s just out the backside and on your right. It’s sitting on a ledge near some sandbags and gear.

#3 – When you enter the first bunker to disable a NXC launcher, go all the way to the back of the bunker to find the dog tags sitting on a large crate with a helmet and gear pouches.

#4 – In the bunker where you retreat and are tasked to find Kincaid. As soon as you get control of your character after brief dialogue, you’ll find the mission’s last dog tag on a crate with a laptop and a helmet.
