Throughout Yuji’s whirlwind journey to becoming a jujutsu sorcerer, one of his many detractors is Yoshinobu Gakuganji, a senior figure in the jujutsu world and principal at Kyoto Jujutsu High. Famously seeking the death of Sukuna’s new vessel, Gakuganji will go to any lengths to eliminate Yuji. He even directs his students to murder the first-year student during the Kyoto Sister School Goodwill Event after Yuji’s emphaticreturn.
Known for having a great distaste for Gojo and his nonchalant methods, Gakuganji soon fights on their side when special-grade curses infiltrate Tokyo Jujutsu High School. The principal demonstrates his electrifying abilities by whipping out an electric guitar to dispatch the enemy, prioritizing the protection of the students over his grudge against Gojo and Yuji.

Noritoshi Kamo

Hailing from Kyoto Jujutsu High, third-year student Noritoshi Kamo comes from one of Japan’s most historically significant jujutsu families, the Kamos. His upbringing leads to Noritoshi having a conservative view of the jujutsu world, exhibiting a superiority complex towards those not from the three prominent jujutsu clans. When the students of Kyoto Jujutsu High are ordered to kill Yuji, Noritoshi leads the charge of the Kyoto students’ plans, intent on ridding the world of Sukuna.
Despite his traditional views, Noritoshi joins forces with Megumi Fushiguro and Toge Inumaki. Together, they duke it out with Hanami, a special grade curse, even after his role in trying to end the life of Yuji, Megumi’s classmate.

The twin sister of Maki Zenin, Mai Zenin, makes a splash in her debut in JJK. She demonstrates a nasty attitude towards Nobara Kugisaki, arriving with Aoi Todo on the Tokyo Jujutsu High campus, setting alarm bells ringing for the students of the school. Mai’s vile demeanor intensifies at the Kyoto Sister School Goodwill Event, where her hatred for Maki’s actions in leaving the Zenin Clan reaches a boiling point.
At the school event, Mai takes part in the orders to kill Yuji, approving of Sukuna’s vessel being put to death. But later in the Shibuya Incident Arc, Mai turns up alongside her classmates, utilizing her firepower to aid Yuji and the jujutsu sorcerers up against Kenjaku. She puts aside her grievances to help defeat those who captured Gojo.

Mechamaru/Kokichi Muta
Aligns With Curses, But Aids Jujutsu Sorcerers In Shibuya

Like many Kyoto Jujutsu High students, Kokichi Muta, otherwise known as Mechamaru, emerges as an antagonist. He faces off against Yuji and Tokyo Jujutsu High students, intending to assassinate Yuji to appease their principal, Gakuganji, and the jujutsu higher-ups. Muta’s conflicted nature leads to the character being revealed as the traitor who aided the curses in gaining access to Tokyo Jujutsu High’s premises, passing information in order to regain a healthy body.
However, once given a functioning body through the powers of Mahito’s Idle Transfiguration, Muta fights to destroy Mahito in an attempt to stop their villainous plans, engaging in a mesmerizing mecha battle. However, he eventually succumbs to the outright power the special grade curse possesses. In a last-ditch effort, Muta assists jujutsu sorcerers on the night of the Shibuya Incident, communicating through puppet-controlled radios that he had planned before his death. His vital assistance aided Yuji and others on a traumatic night that could have been even more disastrous had it not been for his crucial help.

Aoi Todo
Aggressive Bully To Megumi Becomes Like A Brother To Yuji

Upon entering JJK, Todo, the star student of Kyoto Jujutsu High, immediately becomes an enemy of Megumi after arriving at Tokyo Jujutsu High. On arrival, Todo attacks Megumi out of the blue after disapproving of his ideal type of woman. Todo’s rude and brawling nature initially poses the big brute as a problem for the protagonists heading into the Kyoto Sister School Goodwill Event Arc. However, Todo soon becomes a close friend of Yuji, inspired by their shared interests and physical fighting styles.
Later, in the Shibuya Incident Arc, Todo arrives in time to team up with Yuji against Mahito. Todo’s commitment and sacrifice serve as a stark contrast to the character’s rowdy introduction.

From Battling Yuji To Fighting Alongside Him In The Same Night

One-third of the Death Paintings Brothers, Choso goes from terrifying enemy to a stout ally of Yuji in just a few hours. Before the events of the Shibuya Incident, Choso is distraught at the death of his brothers, and isintent on seeking vengeance. The Shibuya Incident provides Choso with the chance to seek retribution. His jaw-dropping fight at the Shibuya Station against Yuji showcases Choso as a deadly curse that has complete mastery over Blood Manipulation.
Due to Kenjaku’s influence and the connection with Sukuna, Choso starts to recall memories of an upbringing that included Yuji among his brothers, causing the antagonist to team up with Yuji, much to the protagonist’s surprise. Their sudden tag team against Kenjaku marks a shift in the battle against curses. Choso is willing to defend Yuji, whom he believes is his brother, becoming a faithful ally in an unlikely turn of events.
