NBA 2K26 is, of course, centered around players getting the ultimate basketball experience, but there are some additional elements for you to enjoy — especially in MyCareer mode. When you’re not showcasing your skills on the court, there are an abundance of places to explore and extracurricular activities to participate in.
One downside to the expansive city in MyCareer mode is the slow pace in which players move between locations. Thankfully, you have the option to equip some wheels to speed things up, including a free one. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to get a free BMX bike in NBA 2K26, as well as how to equip it for use.
How To Get a Free BMX Bike in NBA 2K26
While a skateboard is automatically given to anyone starting their MyCareer journey, there is the option to expand your offerings by earning a free bike. To unlock a free BMX, players will need to complete all the City Exploration Starter Challenges. You can track these from the pause menu by navigating to Quests/Challenges, selecting City Challenges, then opening the Starter Challenges tab.
Once all challenges have been completed, the BMX will automatically be added to your inventory, enabling you to equip it for faster movement through the city.

Players will need to complete a total of 15 challenges in order to unlock the free BMX. The challenges
