A new chart from Genshin Impact is showing off just how many Primogems players will be able to earn throughout the game’s upcoming Version 6.1 update. The launch of the newest region to hit the HoYoverse RPG has brought with it plenty of new content for fans, between the fantastical settings of Nod-Krai and a multitude of new characters. The introduction of the Nod-Krai archipelago brought with it three new playable characters on launch, adding Lauma and Flins as new five-star characters and Aino as a four-star unit. Now, Genshin Impact‘s next big patch is on the way soon.
HoYoverse officially unveiled all the details about the Version 6.1 update late last week, with lots of new content coming to Genshin Impact. Version 6.1 will introduce one new featured five-star character, with the Curatorium of Secrets’ boss Nefer making her debut as a Dendro Catalyst character. The patch will also bring the long-awaited introduction of Genshin Impact‘s UGC mode, adding Miliastra Wonderland as a new game mode focused around user-created content. A new update is now detailing just how much gacha currency players can earn during Version 6.1.
A new chart from prominent Genshin Impact community member Hiragara Leaks is showing off just how many Primogems players can earn in the next patch. The update is expected to be smaller in scale than Version 6.0, with the Archon Quest awarding 650 Primogems and 2 Intertwined Fates with no new exploration or side quests. Version 6.1’s main event will provide 960 Primogems for players fully completing the event, while the pair of smaller events will give out 420 Primogems each. The update is expected to offer just over 9,800 Primogems in total, including both limited events and permanent content.

The smaller quantity of Primogems available comes as Version 6.1 looks to be a relatively light patch for new characters. The previously-mentioned Nefer will be the only new character added to the game during the update, with some popular re-runs also set to run for Furina, Arlecchino, and Zhongli. HoYoverse has not yet revealed any characters for the following Version 6.2, though rumors have suggested that the patch may welcome the release of Durin and Jahoda. Genshin Impact‘s Version 6.1 will launch on October 22.
Genshin Impact‘s Version 6.1 looks to be bringing plenty of exciting additions to Genshin Impact, despite its light Primogem count. Teasers have hinted at some major appearances during the Archon Quest for the next update, including Varka and the return of Dainsleif among other re-appearing characters. Miliastra Wonderland’s introduction will also bring several outfits for the game mode, featuring an extensive character creator for fans to customize their in-game appearance. Genshin Impact‘s next update looks to be an impactful one, both with new game modes and major story content.
