Fortnite x Scooby-Doo brings the entire Mystery Inc. crew (minus Scrappy-Doo) into the Battle Royale, where they’re going to have to use their skills as fighters more so than their skills as detectives. Solving mysteries might be the aim of Mystery Inc., but they’re going to have to take a break to get some dubs in Fortnite. Below is a look at every Scooby-Doo character that’s coming to Fortnite thanks to Fortnitemares 2025, what items they come with, when they release, and how much they cost.

How to Get Scooby-Doo in Fortnite

Ruh-roh! Scooby-Doo gets on his hind legs in order to join the Battle Royale experience, and he’s even wearing a skeleton onesie to keep himself warm in the chillingly spooky season of Fortnitemares. Scooby-Doo can be purchased on Saturday, October 11, at the Item Shop reset at 8 PM ET. Scooby-Doo only comes with the onesie and the same onesie in a toon style, so there’s no chance that players can let Scoob fight in just his regular appearance.

Just like Shaggy, Scooby loves his food, which is why he can also get the Scooberoni Pizza Back Bling, and the Bone ‘N Bowl Pickaxe. Here’s how much each item costs:

How to Get Shaggy Rogers in Fortnite

Zoinks! It’s time for Shaggy to leave behind his love of Scooby Snacks and sandwiches to drop from the Battle Bus in search of a Victory Royale. Joined by his best bud Scoob, players can grab Shaggy from the Item Shop on Saturday, October 11. Shaggy comes with two styles: a Fortnite-unique version and a toon version, which is cel-shaded.

Shaggy’s love of food comes to his set, as players can get Shaggy’s Super Sandwich Back Bling, which grows in size with each elimination. Shaggy also gets the Hoagie Hitter Pickaxe, furthering his love of food. However, these items are sold separately – here’s how much they cost:

Shaggy’s Super Sandwich back bling – 600 V-Bucks
Hoagie Hitter pickaxe – 800 V-Bucks

As part of the Shaggy and Scooby items, players can also get Shaggy’s Special emote for 300 V-Bucks, the Green Ghost glider for 1,200 V-Bucks, the Scooby Gang Run emote for 500 V-Bucks, and the What’s New Scooby-Doo jam track by Simple Plan for 500 V-Bucks.

In total, all these cosmetics would cost 8,000 V-Bucks. Therefore, players who want to get all of them might want to consider obtaining the Shaggy & Scooby bundle, which is sold at a discount price of 3,400 V-Bucks. Here are all the included items:

How to Get the Mystery Machine in Fortnite

The Mystery Machine will release on Tuesday, October 14, at 8 PM ET.
Price: Unconfirmed, but should be around 1,800 V-Bucks.

The Mystery Machine brings forth the iconic 4-seater for the whole Scooby Gang to enjoy as they investigate the Battle Royale island. The Mystery Machine replaces the SUV in your loadout, but sadly, its only style is cel-shaded, so it might stand out a bit more than usual.

How to Get Velma Dinkley in Fortnite

Velma will be released in the Item Shop on Saturday, October 18, at 8 PM ET.

The Mystery Inc. group needs Velma to function, as she’s the brains of the organization. The team’s greatest sleuth, Velma, is usually the one to uncover the mystery and solve the crimes before Shaggy and Scooby can even get their second sandwich of the night. Velma’s wit and genius make her valuable to the team, so make sure you have a Velma when you’re running squads.

How to Get Daphne Blake in Fortnite

Daphne will be released in the Item Shop on Saturday, October 18, at 8 PM ET.

If there’s anything Daphne loves more than Fred and mysteries, it’s fashion, and Fortnite is the perfect place for her to try on new shoes thanks to the Kicks found in the Item Shop. Daphne gets into danger pretty easily, so whoever tends to fight squads on their own should definitely equip the Daphne skin for when you’re running squads.

How to Get Fred Jones in Fortnite

Fred will be released in the Item Shop on Saturday, October 18, at 8 PM ET.

The leader of the Mystery Inc. gang, and the designated driver of the group, is Fred Jones. Fred loves traps, mysteries, and following a strict no-no rule of Battle Royale with his investigation techniques to “split up”. Fred might not want to split up after dropping from the Battle Bus, unless he intends to play solos.
