How to Unlock Chaos Powers in Diablo 4 Season 10
You can get Chaos Powers from the Viz-Jaq’taar Offerings Board in Yelesna. They are locked behind different tiers scattered all across the rewards track, so you’ll have to do seasonal content in order to get them all.
To rank up the Viz-Jaq’taar reward board, you’ll need to defeat Chaos Demons and close Chaos Rifts. You can find these all over Helltide areas in Diablo 4, though you may potentially find some in Nightmare Dungeons as well, provided that the key you used had Chaos Rifts as one of its modifiers. We strongly recommend farming Helltides for this, as you can find more rifts that way.
Unique Chaos Powers, on the other hand, can only be earned by defeating Bartuc in the Infernal Hordes activity on Torment 1 difficulty or higher. It’ll take a while before you can get to him, so focus first on leveling and ranking up the Viz-Jaq’taar board until you are ready to take him on.
