The deluxe edition of Ghost of Yotei includes a number of useful items that can help players get off to the best possible start. This includes early access to three special Traveler’s Maps (or Traveller’s Maps, if you’re British), which can help guide Atsu to special locations where she can unlock new skills and abilities.
However, before players can make use of the deluxe edition Traveler’s Maps, they’ll first need to place them on the full map of Ezo, which can be fairly tricky while it’s still covered in fog. This guide will explain where Ghost of Yotei players will need to place the deluxe edition Traveler’s Maps and the rewards that they can find by following them.
Where to Place the Cave Altar Traveler’s Map
The Cave Altar Traveler’s Map will need to be placed on a fork in the Sarubetsu River just to the north of the Windy Meadow. If players head to the location marked on the map, they’ll find an Altar of Reflection, which players can pray at to earn a skill point.
Where to Place the Overlook Altar Traveler’s Map
Players can place the Overlook Altar Traveler’s Map on the southern edge of the mountain range in the northern part of Ezo, just above the Serpent’s Pass. Heading to the location shown on the map will reveal another Altar of Reflection and another skill point for Atsu.
Where to Place the Waterfall Altar Traveler’s Map
The Waterfall Altar Traveler’s Map must be placed in Shirahige Falls, which is near the southern coast of Ezo, to the east of Lake Kuttara. As with the other two Ghost of Yotei deluxe edition Traveler’s Maps, it will guide players to an Altar of Reflection at which Atsu can pray.
