This post contains spoilers for Solo Leveling.
Sung Jinwoo has always been the primary focus of Solo Leveling, which is understandable as he is the main protagonist of the series. Fans took an instant liking to the hero because of his charisma and persona.
As the story has progressed, Solo Leveling fans have had the opportunity to meet new characters, who are equally interesting as Sung Jinwoo. One such character is Cha Hae-in, an S-rank Hunter from Korea.
Cha Hae-in Fell In Love With Jinwoo
Cha Hae-in Wanted To Be Close To Jinwoo
- Cha Hae-in is interested in Jinwoo
- Jinwoo stopped her from joining his guild
Cha Hae-in met Jinwoo a long time ago, and she was immediately interested in him. Normally, Cha Hae-in has to cover her nose because of the smell coming from other Hunters, but that wasn’t the case when she met Jinwoo. His smell didn’t repulse Cha Hae-in at all, which surprised her.
With time, Cha Hae-in became more interested in Jinwoo, and her attraction towards him also increased after the Jeju Island arc. She had traveled to the island along with several other S-rank Hunters to end the threat of the ants. However, the mission took a turn for the worse when the Ant King was born.
The creature nearly ransacked the entire Japanese Hunter group, after which it returned to the Queen’s location to deal with Korean Hunters. The Ant King had absolutely no problems dealing with them, and he seriously injured them, including Cha Hae-in. She was on the brink of death, and everything pointed to a premature end for her. However, Jinwoo wasn’t ready to give up on her. He tried using the Elixir of Life, and when that failed as well, he used his Awakening to turn Min Byung-Gyu into a soldier. The Shadow then utilized its healing powers to save Cha Hae-in.
This incident proved to be the turning point in their relationship. Since the second season ended almost immediately after the arc, fans didn’t get to see Cha Hae-in meeting Sung Jinwoo. But it should be covered in the third season of the anime, as the Ahjin Guild arc is next in line to be adapted. Cha Hae-in wanted to join the Ahjin Guild because of Jinwoo. She had a crush on him and even took a test to prove her worth. However, Jinwoo rejected her because he was aware of her ulterior motives. Unable to put a finger on it, he turned her away. Sung Jinwoo was naive, and he couldn’t understand that Cha Hae-in liked him.
Solo Leveling Season 3 Will Have A Lot Of Action
Solo Leveling Season 3 Is Going To Be Epic
Solo Leveling Season 3 is destined to become one of the biggest hits of the last couple of decades. Not only will the third season have incredible animation, but it will also include some of the most exciting arcs from the web novel. As previously stated, the Ahjin arc will be adapted in Season 3 along with the Double Dungeon Arc and the Japan Crisis Arc.
Jinwoo will meet the Architect in the Double Dungeon, and the latter will reveal new details about the System, including why the hero was chosen. However, the Architect won’t reveal all the details unless Jinwoo passes the tests. The Japan Crisis Arc will once again put Jinwoo into the limelight as he tries to fight against the bad guys.
There is certainly enough content for the third season, so why hasn’t it been announced? The answer is rather complex. It is entirely possible that A-1 Pictures is busy with other projects and cannot spare a team for Solo Leveling. It is also possible that the studio hasn’t quite figured out a schedule for Solo Leveling, and it will disclose new details once everything is figured out.
When the production finally begins, Solo Leveling fans can expect the official accounts to disclose new details, including the release date. Based on the present situation, it is possible that Solo Leveling Season 3 will be released in 2028. Since it is still a rumor, fans shouldn’t be worried. In fact, it is possible that the anime will return sometime in 2027.
